Tamiya welcomes an updated re-issue of the Nissan Leopard 2-Door Hardtop 280X?SF-L (originally sold in 1981: motorized at that time) with updated decals and instruction manual. In September 1980, Nissan introduced the Leopard, and the 280X SF-L was the top grade in the Leopard line-up. The 2-door hardtop body featured flush joints which were employed between windows and body panels. A 2,800cc inline-6 DOHC engine was capable of 145hp.
Its luxurious interior had leather seats and technological advancements such as a drive computer, which received plenty of attention. This car is known as a pioneer of Japanese personal luxury cars.
