Armor protection on the front and sides of the hull were increased to 101mm and 76mm respectively.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe new cast turret featured 152.4mm perimeter, a 178mm thick gun shield, and mounted a 75mm M3 gun. Its powerplant was a powerful Ford V8 engine which pumped out 500hp.
